At Kellyville Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
